Bird Barn & Garden builds upon a decades long tradition of providing premium supplies and accessories for birdwatching enthusiasts on the Cashiers-Highlands Plateau. Our owner, Glenn Ubertino, also runs Zoller Hardware, then neighboring hardware store and gift shop. Zoller Hardware has always carried a selection of bird feeding supplies, but Glenn felt the selection was lackluster and uninspiring. Bird Barn & Garden opened in May of 2020, amidst the global pandemic. During the lockdown, people were spending more time at home and in their backyards. What seemed like bad timing turned out to be a blessing because we were able to provide our community with beauty and a sense of purpose during uncertain times.
Now that the pandemic is behind us, we look forward to continuing our tradition of exceptional service and high quality products.
